Pineapple Tarts! What has that got to do with the Whisk Player's pursuit of a pastry career?
It all started five years ago when our founder enrolled in a humble Community Club course in baking pineapple tarts. Thereafter, he developed a strong interest and passion in baking, taking up short courses and replicating beautiful pastries from cookbooks.
To gain greater insights into the world of French pastries, he embarked on a change in his career and followed through to Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo.
Following his return from the patisserie course, he decided to set up the online baking business under the name "Whiskit Patisserie".
